• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3–15 minutes.
• Delays may occur due to public holidays or technical issues.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by your account level.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms:

Simply registering a referred user does not trigger the referral bonus. The bonus is only credited once the referred user completes their first deposit.

Participation in any of the following activities BetBat reserves the right to immediately suspend the account and forfeit all balances.

• Operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
• Bonus arbitrage or bonus abuse.
• Using another person's account or payment details.
• Exploiting system hacks or technical errors.
• Collusion or coordinated fraud involving multiple players.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Creating or managing an account on behalf of a minor.
• Registering under a false identity.

BetBat may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• If a breach of terms is proven.
• Failure to submit KYC documents or submission of false documents.
• Extended inactivity over a period of 12 months.
• If the user requests self-exclusion.
• Under a court order or government directive.

Any legitimate funds remaining in a permanently closed account will be refunded; however, if the account is closed due to fraud, the balance will be forfeited. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.
